Cancellation Terms: • Full Refund: If you cancel your tour reservation at least 7 days prior to your scheduled tour date, we will provide a full refund of your tour payment. • 50% Refund: If you cancel your tour reservation between 3-6 days prior to your scheduled tour date, we will provide a 50% refund of your tour payment. • No Refund: If you cancel your tour reservation within 2 days or less prior to your scheduled tour date, or if you fail to show up for your tour, we regret that we cannot provide a refund. Exceptions: • Cruise Ship Cancellation: If your cruise ship cancels its visit to Grenada due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of your tour payment. • Medical Emergency: If you or a member of your party has a medical emergency that prevents you from participating in the tour, we will provide a full refund of your tour payment with a doctor's note or medical certificate. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be made in the same currency and payment method as the original payment.
