Exceptions: • Cruise Ship Cancellation: If your cruise ship cancels its visit to Grenada due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of your tour payment. • Medical Emergency: If you or a member of your party has a medical emergency that prevents you from participating in the tour, we will provide a full refund of your tour payment with a doctor's note or medical certificate. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be made in the same currency and payment method as the original payment.
